📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation by supervising kitchen staff and monitoring food preparation.,Maintain a clean and safe dining environment by overseeing sanitation and hygiene practices.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and developing new restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and report on sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional culinary or hospitality training preferred.
