📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities
• Analyze sales patterns and customer behavior to identify opportunities for inventory optimization
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to ensure optimal stock availability
• Work with the logistics team to coordinate delivery schedules and manage transportation costs
• Generate regular reports on inventory performance and supply chain metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles in the F&B industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
