📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Follow up with existing customers to build relationships and increase sales.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to support and assist in meeting sales goals.,Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or sales roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Previous experience in a retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
