📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Operate and maintain the reception area, including the front desk and waiting area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report any security or safety concerns.,Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
