The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace culture.,Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in strategic planning and workforce planning activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
