CV Langit Fajar is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Maros. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and remotely. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees' needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and background checks.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.,Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct employee training and development activities to enhance skills and performance.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
