In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and procedures.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.,Provide guidance and support to other departments on internal control matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing.,Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
