📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control team, ensuring they adhere to company standards and regulations.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor team members on quality control best practices.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.,Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and standards.,Proven ability to lead and manage a quality control team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
