📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to maintain optimal supply chain performance.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence.,Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
