📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage tax-related activities for the company, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.,Prepare and review tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.,Conduct tax audits and investigations, providing recommendations to resolve issues.,Provide tax guidance and advice to employees and stakeholders.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.,Train and mentor junior tax staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure the company's tax position is accurately represented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a proven track record of successful tax planning and compliance.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
