Bidang Wati Health Center is looking for a Lead Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that supports our software products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our users.,Create and maintain user guides, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the quality and usability of our documentation.,Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members on technical writing best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of our technical writing processes and tools.,Participate in code reviews and other technical discussions to ensure that our documentation is accurate and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software or healthcare documentation.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles, including usability, clarity, and accuracy.,Experience with technical documentation tools and platforms, such as Markdown, Confluence, or other similar tools.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in technical documentation.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
