Bosh Engineering is seeking a dynamic and experienced M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact construction projects in Bali’s thriving infrastructure sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems within large-scale projects, from initial planning to final commissioning. Based in Badung, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging your expertise in project management and construction leadership.

As an M&E Project Manager at Bosh Engineering, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of M&E projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed project plans, manage resources efficiently, and implement effective risk management strategies. • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Oversee the integration of mechanical and electrical systems within large-scale construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed project plans and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets using tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain project standards.
• Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&E project management, with a proven track record in leading construction projects.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards in Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
