📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs.
- Collaborate with HR to create and manage talent development programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Build strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development, HR, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organizational development programs.
- Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
