📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and supervision of RCC dam projects from conception to completion.,Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports for project approvals.,Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.,Monitor project progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Perform site inspections and quality control checks.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in RCC dam engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in RCC dam engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior/lead role.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of dam design codes and standards, such as USBR, ICOLD, and local regulations.,Proven experience in project management and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CAD and other engineering software is a plus.
