📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to inform urban policy development and implementation.,Developing and implementing strategies to promote sustainable urban development and improve the quality of life in our region.,Collaborating with stakeholders, including government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector, to drive policy change and achieve shared goals.,Monitoring and evaluating the impact of urban policies and programs to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.,Preparing reports, presentations, and other communications to inform stakeholders and decision-makers about the progress and outcomes of urban policy initiatives.,Providing technical assistance and guidance to local governments and communities to support the implementation of urban policies and programs.,Representing the agency at national and international conferences, workshops, and other events to advance the agency's mission and promote the region's interests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in urban planning, public administration, environmental science, or a related field.,A master's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.,At least 5 years of experience in urban policy analysis, planning, or a related field.,Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform policy decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Familiarity with GIS and other relevant software and tools is a plus.,A commitment to sustainable development and a passion for making a positive impact on the communities we serve.
