📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet events, including decorating, arranging seating, and setting up equipment.
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Ensure that the event runs smoothly and according to schedule.
• Clean up and reset the event space after the event.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
