📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, software licenses, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of network protocols and technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
