Prime Market Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a passion for improving efficiency and accuracy in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other related paperwork.,Coordinate with drivers and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Assist in the management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and picking of goods.,Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Logistics Coordinator in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are a plus.
