📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via chat and voice channels, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Use customer service software like Zendesk or Freshdesk to manage and track interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
• Provide excellent customer support, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with customer service software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• High level of professionalism and empathy towards customers.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Valid SIM (Student Immigration Visa) or KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) for work in Bali.
