PT Indah Putra is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Kuningan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in managing warehouse teams.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Handle and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven track record in managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
