Based in Bali, you’ll work closely with our team to develop and activate unique wellness and adventure programs in vibrant locations like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Curate and develop unique wellness and adventure experiences tailored to our guests' interests.
• Coordinate with local partners, including hotels, tour operators, and wellness centers, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our experiences and drive guest bookings.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in wellness and adventure tourism.
• Assist in the development and implementation of community engagement initiatives.
• Represent Hutanrimba.co at industry events and conferences to build our brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, destination management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing events and experiences.
• Strong knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape, including popular destinations and local customs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel and logistics management.
