📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging astronomy curricula tailored to the needs of Olympiad students.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance students' understanding of complex astronomical concepts.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring to students preparing for national and international astronomy competitions.
• Utilize advanced astronomy software and tools to create interactive and visually appealing lessons.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in astronomy and incorporate new knowledge into teaching materials.
• Collaborate with other educators and scientists to enrich the school's astronomy program.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote STEM education and foster a culture of scientific inquiry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Astronomy, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in astronomy or a related subject.
• Certification in astronomy education or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of astronomy software and tools such as Stellarium, Celestia, and The Sky.
• Proven ability to mentor and inspire students to excel in competitive environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Passion for science education and a commitment to fostering a love for astronomy.
