📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial compliance.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the event venue.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events.,Prepare and present reports on event performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet services or a related field.,Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and event management tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for event transportation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations for event venues.
