PT Property Dinamika is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Singkawang. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or property management setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
