📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with clients' financial goals and risk profiles.
• Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance using advanced financial tools and data analytics.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the sales and trading teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial markets, or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
• Proficiency in using Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, Morningstar Direct, and other industry-standard financial software.
• Certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
