📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain network security and performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus.Experience with IT asset management is a plus.Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus.
