📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify and address operational challenges and implement solutions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the department in company meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the energy sector.,Strong understanding of energy industry trends and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
