📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.,Support the HR team in organizing and managing employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.,Assist in the implementation of employee benefits and compensation programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
