NEXA Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Instructor to join our team in Garut. As a Junior Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to students.,Assess student progress and provide feedback.,Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Collaborate with senior instructors and other team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.,Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible.,Provide support to students outside of training sessions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or instructing.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic training methodologies and techniques.,Proficient in using technology for training purposes.,Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.,Passionate about education and committed to student success.
