📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lead Staff Kitchen or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international food standards and regulations.,Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
