As a Learning Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Identify training needs and create learning materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development.
