📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for the roles.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
