📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area.,Maintain accurate records of visitor and client information.,Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Provide excellent customer service and support to all visitors and clients.,Promote a positive and welcoming environment in the office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid SIM card and reliable internet connection for remote work.,Ability to work in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
