📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education and corporate sectors.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including schools, universities, training centers, and corporate clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the education and corporate training industry.,Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or corporate training industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong knowledge of the education and corporate training industry, including current trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, including CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
