📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.,Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market is a plus.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
