📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare provider.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Manage a team of nurses, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Certification in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
