📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Manage and grow our social media following through targeted campaigns and promotions.,Report on social media performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong eye for detail.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.

🛠️ Keahlian

Social media management tools (e.g.HootsuiteSprout SocialBuffer).Content creation and editing software (e.g.CanvaAdobe Creative Suite).Basic graphic design skills.SEO and content marketing knowledge.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
