In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and customer service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales and customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.,Train and mentor sales and customer service staff to improve their performance and skills.,Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of CRM systems and experience in using them effectively.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Experience in the automotive or related industry is a plus.
