As an Admin & Sales Staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly while also driving our growth through effective sales strategies. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where your daily tasks will include managing member registrations, handling financial transactions, and developing and executing sales plans to attract new clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage member registrations, including processing payments and updating member databases
• Handle financial transactions, including invoicing, receipts, and reconciling accounts
• Develop and execute sales plans to attract new clients and grow our member base
• Assist in marketing efforts, including promoting our classes, workshops, and special events
• Provide excellent customer service to members and potential clients
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Assist in scheduling classes, workshops, and personal training sessions
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth operations and a positive member experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or sales representative, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both team members and clients
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Familiarity with fitness industry terminology and practices is a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in fitness or sales a plus
