📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of Business Analysts in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Identify key financial metrics and KPIs to drive performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and business strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in CPA (Preferred) or similar professional qualifications.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
