📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and bread, using traditional and modern techniques.
• Assist in maintaining and cleaning the bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Follow recipes and baking instructions to achieve consistent quality and taste.
• Work closely with the pastry chef to learn new techniques and improve your skills.
• Stock and organize ingredients, ensuring that the bakery is well-supplied and running smoothly.
• Assist in packaging and presenting pastries for sale, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall operation of the bakery.
• Learn and apply health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a baking or pastry-related role, preferably in a professional bakery.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
