📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the use of CNC turning machines and related processes.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to solve technical challenges and improve product quality.
• Monitor and report on production metrics to ensure meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC turning operations.
• Proven track record in producing high-precision components.
• Familiarity with CNC turning software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with engineers and other specialists.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in CNC programming or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
