📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain IT assets including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of IT asset records using tools like ServiceNow.
• Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
• Implement and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT resources.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT asset-related issues.
• Generate reports and documentation to track IT asset performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management or a similar role.
• Certification in ITIL or IT asset management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management tools and software, such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar.
• Proven experience in conducting IT asset audits and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with IT teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
