📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the implementation of Workday HRIS modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Provide L2 support to end-users, resolving complex issues and offering technical guidance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS implementation and support, with a strong focus on Workday.
• Certification in Workday Core HR, Workday Payroll, or a related Workday module.
• Proficient in SQL, with experience in querying and analyzing HR data.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
